  • Five to 10 years experience implementing insurance software
  • At least three to five years of working at client locations implementing insurance software
  • Expertise and experience in Property/Casualty insurance implementation
  • Good Insurance domain knowledge
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Experience completing Business Requirement Study with insurance companies.



  • Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
  • Identifying current- and future-state business processes
  • Helping business stakeholders envision the future and see how their work will need to change accordingly
  • Creating detailed documentation
  • Creating, analysing, and validating detailed functional specifications
  • Facilitating design sessions with implementation teams to define the requirements
  • Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables
  • Good educational background, preferably in computer science or engineering.
